For Lease Agreements that we sell or provide to User to download are limited to the use of natural persons only (i.e. individuals who own and manage rental properties of their own) and not for property management company use (i.e. apartment companies or property management companies that manage properties for other property owners). If a property management company desires to purchase the right to use our lease agreement, it must contact us about the same.

G – No Bad Behavior
